We take pride in providing high‑quality fulfillment services, and for your peace of mind we guarantee the following:
- Products damaged or broken on arrival will be resent by us.
- Packages that are completely lost in transit will be resent by us.
However, we do not guarantee the following:
- Packages lost in customs.
- Packages lost because the buyer entered an incorrect address.
- Packages returned because the buyer refused delivery for any reason.
- Packages that cannot be delivered because the buyer is unavailable after multiple attempts.
- Products that become defective after prolonged use.
- Packages that arrive after the expected shipping time during periods of extraordinary delays (logistics disruptions, force majeure, etc.).
For parcels with a total cost (product cost + shipping + handling) above 15 USD, we do not provide an automatic resend guarantee. In these cases we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to reduce risk.
We typically require at least 10 orders per day per product. If you are not yet at that daily volume but are confident in your product, we can still work together if you are willing to commit financially to an initial batch equivalent to around 30 orders.
The time it takes to prepare a quote depends heavily on the specific product. In most cases we respond within 24 hours, but for some products it can take longer and we may reach out for additional details. For every serious product request we call the factory directly (rather than just browsing Alibaba) to build a solid relationship and ensure we get the best possible quality and terms for you.
We provide you with an all‑in price per order that includes both product cost and shipping cost for each destination country. There are no additional hidden fees on top of these quoted prices.
We usually ask you to prepay roughly 3–5 days worth of expected orders (or around 500 orders if you choose that model). Once you send us the payment confirmation, we begin purchasing inventory for you. Fulfillment can only start after the funds arrive in our account, which typically takes 2–5 days depending on the sending country. This amount is not a traditional deposit – once we begin fulfilling orders, we deduct each order from your balance and track everything transparently in a shared Google Sheet. When your balance becomes low or negative, our team will notify you so you can top up in time and avoid any interruption in purchasing inventory or shipping orders.
Yes. Once you are ready to move beyond a generic product, we can work directly with the factory to customize individual components or features based on your ideas or customer feedback. We usually optimize step by step so that each investment into customization delivers a clear return. Pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities (MOQ) depend on your specific project, but we consistently negotiate strong terms for our clients.
Yes. In fact, stocking inventory for you is one of the key ways we achieve faster and more reliable fulfillment than many other agents. Based on your current and projected daily order volume, we purchase and hold inventory in our warehouse so we can process orders as quickly as they come in.
We source primarily from large, established factories with a strong track record and robust internal quality control (QC) processes. In addition, we run our own QC procedures before products leave the warehouse. However, especially with newer products on the market, there can occasionally be unforeseen defects. In these cases your feedback is crucial: share your customers' comments with us, and we will work closely with the factory to continuously improve the product so you can always offer the best possible version.
Our team will provide you with a detailed listing of all items shown in the photos. These prices include transportation to the delivery point. Prices may be adjusted at the start of each new agreement or year. You are responsible for all fees and charges incurred with each item shipped by our team directly to the end customer. The dropshipping fee is already included in the quoted price for each item.
You agree that it is your sole responsibility to collect, report, and remit all applicable taxes to the correct tax authorities for all business transactions, sales, or revenue arising from the sale of our team's products. Our team is not obligated to determine whether any sales tax applies and is not responsible for collecting, reporting, or remitting any tax information arising from any transaction involving the images or photos provided.
Our team provides a 30‑day return policy during which an end customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and has all original tags attached (at their own expense).
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Our team will charge you for any and all fees incurred as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address. If the apartment or suite number is missing, or an incorrect postal code is provided and a reshipment is required, an additional shipping charge equal to the original shipping cost will be added to your account. A 25% restocking fee applies to all packages returned to our team due to an incorrect address being supplied.

No other use or distribution is permitted, and you may not use our images in connection with products from any person or entity other than our team. Prices and product availability are subject to change; important changes will be communicated to you in advance where possible. By placing an order, you accept all of our team's terms and policies set forth in this agreement. Our team reserves the right to modify any of the terms of this agreement with notice to you.
In general, we cannot ship products that are over 60 cm in length, standalone batteries or battery packs, liquids over 100 ml, or other items classified as hazardous materials. If you are unsure whether a product is allowed, please check with our team before you launch it.
Yes, we can provide invoices for past payments and/or detailed order costs to meet your local accounting requirements. Please note that we typically do not provide formal invoices before payment, as this slows down the fulfillment process and makes operations less efficient.
We normally provide tracking numbers after we have received your payment and locked in the funds (for example, via PayPal). Orders can then be processed and shipped once inventory is available, which is typically within a few days for initial batches. Unlike some agents who generate tracking numbers long before a parcel is shipped, we can follow strict rules to upload tracking only when the order has actually left our warehouse. You can choose the option that best fits your workflow.
